About WorldWise International
What does WorldWise International do?
We are a Riyadh-based business solutions company helping entrepreneurs, investors and companies establish, operate and grow in Saudi Arabia: MISA registration and company formation, PRO services, HR and payroll, Saudization, accounting and VAT support, licensing, vendor registration, ISO readiness, technology, branding and translation.
Where is your office?
Our office is at Bldg. 8411, No. 64, Al Olaya, Riyadh 12213, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working days are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM KSA time. We are closed on Friday.
Can you help a foreign company enter Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We help assess the route, coordinate MISA investment registration and company or branch formation, and set up administration afterwards. Approvals rest with the authorities.
How much does company formation in Saudi Arabia cost?
Costs depend on the activity, legal form, capital requirements, government fees, premises, visas and the services you need. We give you a written quotation after understanding your case.
How long does it take to set up a company in Saudi Arabia?
Timing depends on the activity, the completeness of documents (especially attested parent-company documents) and each authority's processing. We give you a realistic plan for your case rather than a fixed promise.
Can you tell us which licences our business needs?
Yes. We study your activity and circumstances, research the official requirements and prepare a checklist and roadmap.
Do you offer monthly PRO, HR and bookkeeping support?
Yes. Recurring PRO transactions, HR administration, payroll-related support and bookkeeping can be arranged with an agreed monthly scope.
Can you help with Aramco or SABIC vendor registration?
We help prepare supplier files and CCC readiness and coordinate with authorised assessors. Buyers decide on qualification.
Do you also handle branding, websites and email?
Yes. We design identities, company profiles and stationery, and set up domains, business email, websites and social media accounts.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi.
Do you guarantee approvals?
No. Registrations, licences, visas, classifications and vendor approvals are decided by the competent authorities and buyers. We prepare carefully and coordinate the process.
Are you affiliated with the government, Aramco or SABIC?
No. WorldWise International is an independent provider. Names of authorities and companies are used only to describe related services.
What should we prepare for a first consultation?
Your planned activity, ownership structure, timeline, expected headcount and any existing Saudi registrations. Please do not send passwords or ID numbers through forms or chat.
MISA license
Is a MISA license still required in Saudi Arabia?
Foreign investors now register their investment with MISA rather than obtaining the former licence. The term 'MISA license' is still widely used for this step.
Do I need to renew my MISA registration?
Registered investors keep their information current through an annual update. Missing the update can create problems, so we track it in your compliance calendar.
Can one MISA registration cover several activities?
Under the current framework one registration can cover several eligible activities, subject to each activity's conditions.
How long does MISA registration take?
It depends mainly on how complete and correctly attested your documents are, and on MISA's processing. We give you a realistic plan for your case.
Company formation in Saudi Arabia
Can foreigners open a company in Saudi Arabia?
Yes, for many activities and often with full foreign ownership, after registering the investment with MISA. Some activities have conditions or are excluded.
How long does company formation take in Saudi Arabia?
It varies with the activity, document readiness and authority processing. We plan realistic timelines for your case.
Do I need a Saudi partner?
Not for many activities. Certain activities require Saudi participation; we check this first.
Do I need an office to register a company?
Most activities need a national address and suitable premises for the municipal licence. We confirm the premises requirements before you sign a lease.
